Khohanaberd Fortress

Khohanaberd, also known as Hasan-Jalal Dol's Palace or Tarkhanaberd, is a princely palace that was built by the rulers of Khachen near the village of Vanklu on Mount Tarkhanasar, opposite Gandzasar Monastery. This palace is located in the Aghdara region of Azerbaijan and has fortress walls inside, which housed two Christian basilica churches. One of the churches has a small narthex on the south side, and the other church has a ruined structure on the west side.
